The Naryn Canyon is a beautiful stream of the Naryn River located in the Tash-Kumyr district of the Jalal-Ava region of Kyrgyzstan. The canyon is famous for its spectacular view of the azure Naryn River. The Naryn River is the largest river in Kyrgyzstan and joins with the Karadarya River in Uzbekistan to form the Syr Darya, the second largest river in Central Asia. The color of the water in this section of the river is very different from other rivers, as it flows through the Toktogul Reservoir and the cascade of the hydroelectric power station. Passing through the Toktogul Reservoir and Hydroelectric Power Plant cascade removes impurities from the water, giving it a beautiful blue color.
