Tour itinerary
Bishkek city – Cholpon-Ata (280 km/4 hours)
Starts from Bishkek. Instead of agreeing before hand on the morning call and start circling Issyk-kul. Firstly, it’s an hour’s drive to the Burana Tower (formerly the minaret) near Tokmok city.
Its minaret was built in the town of Balasagun; 1st of the capital of the Karahanid Province 11 AD.-12. it has existed for centuries.
Lunch is on the way.
Then it is the 2nd largest in the world after Lake Titicaca in South America. go to the alpine lake Isik-kul Lake.
When we arrive at Cholpon Ata town, we have a few things:
- Outdoor petroglyph field.
- History Museum.
(optional for extra pay): Take a trip to a local boat club for cruise in Issyk-Kul lake.
After the trip, you will go to the resort area located on the shore of Lake Issyk-kul.

Cholpon Ata town – Karakol town. (150 km /2.5 hour)
In the morning, after breakfast, go to the town of Karakol town, located to the east of the lake. On the way you will have chance to swim in hot spring keremet-Suu, 3 pools. with different hot water temperature
Przjevalskiy An outstanding Russian explorer of the Asian continent. Just beginning in Karakol town there’s the Przjevalski museum to visit.
Then a sightseeing tour of the town. Visit the Dungan Mosque, which is a unique structure in the Chinese style, but serves as a mosque. You can also see the old Orthodox Cathedral made of wood (19C).
Accommodation: Overnight at a hotel in Kara-Kol.

Karakol town – Jety-Oguz Valley – Bokonbaeva . (160 km)
After breakfast, depart from Karakol town to the southern shore of Issyk-kul Lake and first come to Jety-Oguz Valley. Here you have a short walk to admire the canyon view from a bird’s eye view. After walking, continue our trip on the southern shore of Lake Issık Kul. On the way, we stop at the Canyon “Skazka” (fairy tale) for a magnificent walk.
Then pass through the villages of Bokonbaev and Kizil Tuu until you reach the village of Kochkor, which is already another province. In Kysyl-Tuu you will have chance to enjoy watching yurt building show.
Eagle hunting show and horse riding 2 hours will wait for you in Bokonbaeva village. Overnight in yurt camp

Bokonbaeva town – Bishkek City. (250 km/5 hours)
After breakfast driving back to Bishkek. Lunch in Boom valley. Sightseeing in Bishkek, Monument to the national Hero of Kyrgyzstan Manas, Kurmanjandatka Monument, Oak Park, Osh bazaar, Victory Square, dedicated to the Soviet heroes of the Second World War. Transfer to hotel in Bishkek. End of the tour after dinner.
