Kyrgyz Culture Tour 4 is a trip to the main attractions of Bishkek, the petroglyphs of Cholpon Ata and the ruins of the ancient city of Balasagin. You will also visit the nomadic Yurt camp on the shore of Lake Sonkul, get a taste of their daily life and culture and spend the night in the Yurts. You will also be welcomed by cozy hotels and beautiful beaches in Issyk-Kul Lake, the most famous hot spring in Kyrgyzstan.

Tour itinerary
Airport – Bishkek – Issyk-Kul (260 km)
Meet at the airport (hotel not included upon arrival) and travel along the north coast to Issyk Kul (270 km). On the way visit Burana Tower (XI-XII), the minaret of the ancient city of Balasagun. Continue to Issyk Kul. The second largest alpine lake in the world (1600 m above sea level). Overnight at the hotel.

Issyk Kul Lake – Karakol (170 km).
After breakfast transfer to Karakol. On the way, visit the open-air museum of petroglyphs (5 BC – 8 AD). Upon arrival in Karakol, visit the Russian Orthodox Church, the Dungan Mosque built without using a single nail and the M.V. Przybarski Museum.
Kyrgyzstan is a multi-ethnic country and today you will have the opportunity to taste local cuisine and experience their culture and traditions. Overnight at the hotel.

Karakol – Jeti Oguz Gorge – Bokonbayevo (250 km)
Transfer to Jeti Oguz Pass (40 km). A picturesque gorge famous not only for its coniferous forests, flower fields and nature walks, but also for its red and sandy formations known as ‘Seven Bulls’ and ‘Broken Heart’. Picnic. Transfer to Bokombaebo village.

Bokonbayevo – Bishkek (280 km).
Transfer to Bishkek city. Upon arrival city tour of Bishkek. Visit Alatoo Square, Manas Statue, Flag Pole, Lenin Statue, Oak Park, Opera and Ballet Theater, Museum of Fine Arts, Victory Square, Philharmonic Hall and Osh Market. Overnight at the hotel.
