7 Days | Bishkek, Karakol, Svetlay polyana, Jety-Oguz, Karakol National Park. Kyrgyzstan is a mountainous country ideal for trekking enthusiasts. Hiking routes are often located at altitudes where you can enjoy pleasant climatic conditions without the risk of altitude sickness. This tour takes you to the mountainous regions around Karakol, where you will see beautiful gorges and waterfalls, mountain passes at 3,600 meters, breathtaking views of Tian Shan and the sparkling waters of the famous Issyk Kul Lake. In addition to hiking, the main sights of Bishkek, Karakol and Cholpon Ata are visited. Kyrgyzstan trekking tour is an authentic 7-day adventure.
Recommended personal packing list: warm clothes, jacket, tracking boots, sleeping bag, backpack, flashlight, first aid kit, sunglasses.
Conditions There are no technical difficulties on the trekking route, but you need to be in shape as you will walk 3-7 hours a day and cross a mountain pass (3665m).

Bishkek city
From Bishkek hotel we will start Sightseeing (takes near 4-5 hours): Oak Park, Ala-Too Square, Philharmonic, Manas Statue, Victory Square. Osh bazaar. Overnight at the hotel.

Bishkek – Karakol town. (400 km )
Morning transfer to Karakol (400 km). On the way visit Burana Tower, an original example of Balasagun in the Qarakhanid town. Lunch at a local cafe. Then visit a stone open-air art gallery in Cholpon-Ata city, depicting scenes of wolf, long-horned ibex, goat, horse, snow leopard, sacrifice and hunting, said to have been painted between 500 BC and 100 AD . Overnight at the guesthouse

Karakol town – Jeti Oguz (3-4 hour hike)
Transfer from Karakol via Svetlaya Polyana to the start of the hike. Continue through coniferous forest for about 2 hours to reach Nameless (2725m). On a cloudless day, you can experience spectacular views of the lake, snow-capped peaks and the ‘Kok Jaik’ flower valley at the Jeti Oguz pass. From the pass, descend to Jety Oguz Gorge (2200 m). Visit the Jetty Oguz waterfall (20 m) on the way. Overnight in tents.

Jety-Oguz (5 hours on foot)
Walk up from the camp towards Tilety pass (around 2 hours). The path goes along Jety-Oguz river, through the conifer forests and flower fields. Picnic. Overnight in a tent under the Tilety pass.

Jety Oguz – Tileti Pass (6-7 hours walking)
After breakfast, hike towards Tileti Pass. The path follows the Tileti River (about 3 hours to the top of Tileti Pass (3665 m)). Descent to Karakol National Park. Overnight in tents (2465m).

Karakol National Park – – Karakol city (4-5 hour hike)
In the morning, we trek radially to Lake Ala-kol at an altitude of 3600m. 600-700 m wide, 2.3 km long; the path passes through the coniferous forests of the Karakol Gorge and climbs through a moraine edge to the lake. Return to the tent. Transfer to Karakol . Overnight in Karakol.

Karakol – Bishkek
Morning city tour of Karakol. Visit the wooden Russian Orthodox Church and Dungan Mosque. Transfer to Bishkek (400 km) along the southern shore of Lake Issyk Kul. On the way, visit Skazka Gorge, a fantastic gorge with red mountains. You are guaranteed one of the best views of Issyk Kul Lake. Continue to Bishkek. Overnight at the hotel. End of the tour.
