Important notes for all travelers:
⦁ Please bring only cash USD for your local expenses in Turkmenistan, no EURO and no credit cards
⦁ Please be aware that a member of staff of our agency will need to take your original passport for several hours for registration
⦁ Please be aware that there may be various vehicles and drivers used during your tour, depending on the route section and type of transport needed on that section

Tour itinerary
Ashgabat arrival Ashgabat
Regular car -80 km. Arrival at the international airport by flight xxx (ETD xxxxh, ETA 02:00h).
After breakfast, at about 11.00-11.30 start a city tour, including visits to the National Museum, the Independence Park, Neutrality Arch, the Earthquake Memorial Complex (from a distance).
Overnight in a hotel.

Ashgabat (train) to Turkmenbashi
Regular car – 80 km. After the rest and breakfast, start the city tour with a visit to Ancient Nissa (UNESCO), Wedding Palace viewpoint for pics, Stairs of Health, Ertogrul Gazi Mosque, Akhal Teke Horse stable, and Gulistan Bazaar.
Take the evening train to Turkmenbashi (ETA 1750h, ETA 0815h).

Turkmenbashi-Yangikala –Gozli Ata –Balkanabat
4×4 -360 km. After breakfast and a short city tour in Turkmenbashi , drive to Yangikala Canyons. Explore the beautiful area. Have a picnic lunch on the way (or at Gozli Ata, depending on weather). Then, drive to Gozli Ata pilgrim house. Visit the tribal cemetery. Then, drive onwards to Balkanabat. Transfer to hotel. Overnight.

Picnic lunch near to the Canyons
Balkanabat – Nokhur – Kow Ata – Ashgabat
After breakfast, a long drive to Ashgabat via Nokhur village and Geok Depe Mosque. In Nokhur, explore the tribal cemetery. Visit Kow- Ata, an underground lake on the way. Opportunity to swim there. Drive onwards to Ashgabat. Overnight in the hotel.

Ashgabat – Darwaza
4×4 car – 320 km. Morning leisure in the hotel.
After lunchtime, drive to Darwaza gas crater via Mud and Water Craters. Upon arrival in Darwaza, explore the crater at nighttime and enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner. Overnight in a tent or yurt.

Darwaza – Dashoguz – BP Shavat
4×4 car – 280 km. After camp style breakfast, drive to Dashoguz city to have lunch. Then, transfer to the BP Shavat. After migration formalities, cross Turkmen-Uzbek Border.
